Seems like most people are getting decent service, but our experience with this company was VERY BAD. First chap that came out (early and without heads-up) was outright rude, did not fix the issue, replaced a few parts I told them were broken and said if it didnt work we would just have to buy entirely new toilets. After the same issues continued we called them again to request a second look (supposedly work was guaranteed within 3 days for same problem). Second guy was at least friendly and tried to fix the same problem, as well as another problem apparently caused by the first guy(!). We were then charged full price for the second visit, partly because there was a new problem (caused by the first bloke!). Well, second round didnt work, still having same issues, and Id rather not pay them a 3rd time to NOT FIX the same issues. Really disappointed, I usually stick with Nextdoor recommendationsdidnt work out this time.

Daniel Martin with Quality Plumbing of Gainesville came to our home, on time, on the morning after the Super Bowl. He ended up replacing an old leaking toilet. Daniel was professional and worked quickly to replace the toilet and cleaned up all evidence of the leak. He was awesome and we highly recommend Quality Plumbing!

Our repairman was so grumpy, rude, and condescending . It was an easy fix and when we asked questions, he thought talking down to us was good customer service. Unprofessional behavior.

Robbie showed up early. He knew exactly what the problem was and offered several solutions. Top knotch customer service at its best ! Highly recommend.
