No one enjoys calling a plumber but when the time comes and you want honest, dependable, and affordable service, call J. W. Freeman. Dont be wrong, they are not the least expensive. But I cannot say enough about the level of professionalism provided by this company and their plumbers thus far. I would especially like to recognize one of their plumbers, John Warman, who was at my parents home today. My parents are elderly, and my biggest concern is someone taking advantage of them especially with me living out of state. So, today, I requested that John keep me informed of the situation and his progress. Not only did he agree without hesitation he sent photos. Furthermore, I was provided via email with a detailed report. Unfortunately, the problem is bigger than expected so, John offered to assist with the insurance company. Thank you!
