Dr. Serrano and her receptionist/assistant Yoli have quite literally given me the BEST medical experience ever. As soon as you walk in you feel so welcome and not just like its a doctors office that people come & go from. Dr. Serrano is so sweet and remembers even the smallest details you tell her (which I love ) and Yoli also remembers all your small details! They make your appointment feel more personalized and I couldnt ask for better people to take care of me!

Dr. Serrano is a wonderful doctor. She always makes time to see you and answer any questions. She is very thorough and sends an email with all the notes from your visit. I highly recommend her.

Dr. Serrano provides the BEST direct primary care medical services. She takes the time to delve deep into your medical history to understand and treat your medical needs. Her team provides excellent follow-up calls and support services.
