IVX Health Infusion Center

I have been getting infusions here for the last 5 years, some of the nurses are great but the service between the pharmacy and the front office makes this place unbearable. You can come in on time and have to wait up to an hour to get your infusion started but trust me if you are a single minute after the 15 minute grace period to get there they will automatically cancel your appointment and they wont even reschedule. You have to call a separate office to get it done.

Slowest pharmacy. Always takes way longer than it needs to be...

Everytime we have had an appointment we wait for hours at a time to be seen and then there are times that the entire appointment has been changed or never made. It's enough for the patients to have cancer but an entirely different story for them to have to wait while in pain. Some of the staff are so busy talking and laughing with each other that things aren't done in a timely manner. My son may be impatient, but we as well as others have a long drive to make back and forth to have to be treated the way these patients are treated. I know it's a process to everything, but to have this happen every single time is beyond aggravating and at the most so very unprofessional. My opinion only but I feel my opinion should matter. We as families are going through enough to be treated as such.
