Best bakery in town and even one of the best that I have visited.
The only catch is you have to be there between 7:00 AM and 8:00 AM EST ..Otherwise you will have to be disappointed.
They make limited quantities and everything is fresh .Cannot go wrong with this place.
The other trick is to order ahead of time or they have some pasties with the Opus Coffee .
Best are the Strawberry Danish ,Cheese Danish ,Croissant, Chocolate cake/Brownie or the fruit cake .
Must have incase you are in Gainesville.

I am OBSESSED with this place. I try to go every morning before work
If you go, you gotta try the blueberry scone, the cheddar scone and the bacon pretzel they also do like different desserts sometimes and I think my favorite of those has to be the London fog cake
