The customer service was great! Two people working (possibly the owners) were super sweet and personable. The cookies were amazing!!!!! Will be coming back :) Vegetarian options: They had more than one option for vegan costumers.

First of all, the cookies were great, soo great that it makes me want to cry to post this comment. The fact that a box of cookies could seriously injure someone isn't okay, and I'm unable to sit right from it. I ordered 8 cookies for an outrageous price of almost 20 bucks... but the box is so thin and flimsy that the heat from the cookies will burn your skin off if set on your lap. To know you guys don't offer or even consider to put a layer of cooking paper down to at least help the grease not leak and seap through the cardboard box onto your customers? Or maybe consider using a heat conversion box instead of cardboard... there's no reason I should be second-degree burned over some cookies... Yes, I ate them, and yes, I was crying Why hasn't management solved this problem long ago is crazy to me because I'm sure I'm not the only one who has suffered from a cookie box. Please find better ways to serve us your cookies because I have to seek a lawyer for a burn that should've been avoided if food was properly stored out to customers. 7/10 on cookies because yall didn't even put the chocolate piece on the smores cookie. Who wants a gramcracker marshmallow cookie 2/10 on service 0/10 not worth the burn
