Have used Mr. Smith twice and he is the best in the biz. Very responsive and informative. Wouldn't use anyone else

Mr. Smith is extremely cheap and low priced with his prices when it comes to his work and the equipment that he sells and installs, but with us, he was not reliable and more often than not he did not show up when he told us that he would, and he did not call to tell us why he was not coming. Then when we pointed out his rudeness, he got angry with us for calling him on his disrespect of our extremely valuable time. He had absolutely no problem with my wife and I waiting for him all day to show up and then leaving us in the lurch without even a courtesy call to explain to us why he couldn't come. Back in the day, Mr. Smith was the best. When he told you he would come, you could bank on it that he was a man of his word. He's old now, and cranky, and in poor health. I think it would be best for Mr. Smith to retire. Better that, then treating his many loyal customers like garbage. We bought 2 package units from him over our 20 year relationship, but we regrettably had to move on from him because of the reasons stated above. It had nothing to do with his low prices, we sincerely cared for the man and still do. Mr. Smith would be better off to charge his customers higher prices, then to treat his customers valuable time and loyalty to him with such contempt and blatant disrespect. I will truly miss Mr. Smith. What a character! They don't make them like him anymore. Him and his pistol carrying, Alabama twang, son of a sharecropper, thousand country stories, all of which were interesting and hilarious. Goodbye Mr. Smith.
