He had me diagnosed and fixed up in no time. I have a newborn and he made sure that my little guy didn't have to melt in this Florida Heat. I called and spoke to Ken, the owner, about my defunct Tempstar A/C unit on Wednesday. Thursday his tech came over. troubleshooted, and gave me his honest opinion on how to solve the problem long term: a new Trane XR 14 unit. 9 a.m. today John and his capable crew installed that Trane unit in several hours.
