Ive seen the I wish there was a zero star option and never understood it. But this place, a zero star, would be too high. Showed up, door locked. No one there. Called the number in the hand written not taped to the shuttered window, no answer. VM says shes busy and to text and theyll respond. No response. It is now my personal mission to have this place removed as a 3rd party vender. Chris from corporate agrees and its already in the works. 5 stars to Uhuals customer service though, $100 refund covered all expenses. I liked that, Chris didnt.

I wish that i didn't need a box truck as bad as I did, but that is the way it was. When I rent trucks I always take a picture of the fuel but that's not enough for this place because they submit a photo of the fuel that is either wrong, from another truck or at an angle because me being trusting I didn't look at my contract the way I should have so shame on me. I would have to dispute my picture against there's to not have to pay for fuel, but when you do that you aren't able to rent from them again (Uhaul itself) ever again. So don't go here or anywhere they rent trucks without looking at the contract and the fuel gauge to compare. This place told me I would have to eat it.
