        Reserved a car trailer this morning online. Came to pick it up around 1 p.m. (they're open until 3 on Saturdays). The place is locked and no one is here 2 hours before they are supposed to close. We have to leave today and this really sets us back. Horrible customer service. You should be ashamed of yourselves. People depend on you to stay open for your services. I've read other reviews and it looks like this occurrence is not uncommon.
