The woman who runs this hotel Adriana is a complete SCAM artist. Shes broke and steal money from her customers. No matter how much you want to stay near the ocean - AVOID doing business with her at all costs! This is not a review from a disgruntled customer. Type in Adriana Montes or Florida Dreams Realty into Google, Airbnb or Zillow. Shes a thief and just takes money from one person to the next. You would never think so by the fake business persona she presents online - JD, MBA, World Traveler et Its all FAKE and shell disappear on you with your money. DO NOT STAY HERE. YOU WILL REGRET IT.

Walkability: At the beach

I guess ocean front can be a very subjective term. It is a short walk to the beach. I was expecting to be on the beach as the description led me to believe that was the location. Took me countless phone calls to reach anyone as I booked the location while onboard Spirit Airlines. I got off the plane and checked email to find an email from the establishment. The email informed me the place has contactless check-in and to call the number listed. After countless phone calls and a couple of hours I reached someone. The room smelled of mold and the bathroom light fixture was rusted. There was a stain on the bedspread as well. I literally tossed and turned all night from the uncomfortable mattress. I would wake up hurting about every 15 minutes. Finally could not take it anymore and got up at 4am to leave. Called and emailed the host countless times only to finally receive a text 4 hours later. The text informed me they would not refund my second night. I explained how I had recent back surgery and the mattress was very uncomfortable. They still refused to refund me. I have posted another photo. You cannot see the ocean at all from this location. You have to walk through the forest n the picture.
