This DMV office is the best everyone there is very nice and helpful, they don't require an appointment and are very efficient. West Palm Beach should follow suit. My wife and I went twice this week and both times the service was excellent. Our special thanks to Brenda and Sheritta who personally treated us SUPER!!!

Ive had a few terrible experiences with them, but this last recent one On Wednesday, March 27 Seven the receptionist that was at the front was very rude. I was one of the first ones in line waiting over 45 minutes after the 45 minutes was up. I went through the double doors to see how many actual people was actually sitting down and waiting which wasnt very much maybe 1015 at the most, she came to me and asked me what was my problem or something to that nature And I responded by saying that Im tired of waiting and theres been 30 to 40 people thats been coming in and out and she then replied to me that they had appointments which I understood but she just asked me what my problem was and she came back in a tone that was Kind of disrespectful really to be honest with you, so I was approached by a manager, which was which was a man of cuddle like me I informed him that I wanted to file a complaint on the lady. He then commenced to bring out a blank piece of paper paper, iced then stated to him that that wasnt a certified or legit business document, and he continued tennis is that it was then another manager came out, which was a beautiful young lady, which I forgot her name. I appreciate her for a help, after I spoke to her, I then was introduced to Mr. Davis, which was an amazing man at the head of St. Lucie tax collectors. He then assured me that everything will be taken care of which I believe them, and he was very accommodating into what my knees were, and all of this was just because I wanted to get a replacement license, which I didnt have an appointment I understand, but at the same time she couldve talked to me in a decent tone of manner .
