Called and their customer service agent was rude, lady had an attitude and tried to insult my intelligence. Dont even waste your time with this location, drive out and take the extra mile for better service.

This was my local home tax office, never had any bad experience. Actually, I was always suprised at their level of professionalism.

Keep in mind that effective October 2022 this office has a new schedule where they close Mondays and Fridays. So that means that when you go Tuesday through Thursday theyre always busy; therefore you should expect to wait in line for a long time. So basically they are cutting cost, giving poor customer service and raising the taxes every year! There are 5 windows for service but normally not more than 2-3 windows open.

This office has absolutely no idea what department does what and they don't actually care about resolving issues. They'll transfer you and give you phone numbers that are no longer active. It took me multiple days of of calling to even get the phone number for the correct point of contact. Not to mention the ridiculous hold times that are borderline offensive and disrespectful given the amount of times you're given the wrong number.
