Trulieve Port Saint Lucie Dispensary

They have some decent deals, give yourself plenty of time before close as they start turning people away early, they can't dispense past 8pm.

UPDATE: Since my original review this location has added more chairs in the waiting room. They also opened the dedicated Express room. I highly recommend ordering in advance and checking in via the Express line. Easily one of the worst Trulieve locations. Pick-up orders that are never fulfilled. Wait times of 30+ minutes. Yesterday I STOOD in line for over 20 mins until a seat was finally available. The worst part is easily the customer service. The host at the front desk can do a much better job of managing customers expectations. Most (not all) representatives are obviously medicated while on the job which wouldnt be a problem if it wasnt affecting the customer experience. Some reps will open products and some wont. There isnt any consistency. Its a shame because this location has amazing products but the overall experience can absolutely be improved.

Every single time I come to this place, I tell myself its the last. You can go to any dispensary in Florida and get served in half the time it takes at this location. It's the most disorganized organization I've ever seen, and their product is among the worst compared to literally any dispensary in Florida. I asked the guy about the packaged date on the flower I was buying, and he said they don't show it anymore. Probably because they don't want people to know that the flower is 5 months old. Every time I get flower from this Walmart of a dispensary, it tastes like literal hay and grass. Trulieve should give their marketing director a massive raise because I have no clue how this place manages to grow with such horrible product. It seems like there's a Trulieve on every corner, just like McDonald's - the worst fast food in America. Trulieve is already on its way to becoming the McDonalds of dispensaries. They clearly have no clue how to dry their product. Maybe they should get the fundamentals down before opening a thousand more stores.
