flower is o.k. WHEN they have a strain i want in stock- which is becoming less and less frequently. if there is a " glitch" in online order discount it WONT be honored. this branch will NOT honor SENIOR discount if a item on sale- even if TOTAL discount is still well under 30%. some of the NEW tenders NOT customer / patient friendly. bad / miscommunication from front desk regarding STOCK / CANCEL ORDER because claim "plenty", but when you go back "plenty" becomes "none" . the managers do their best to make you happy though, to be fair.this branch has always had exceptional managers. the flower jars- every other 1 is DEFECTIVE LID, and have to use a CLAW HAMMER to get the cap off. the inside if the flower jars seem to be like sandpaper and strip / attach the trichomes off your flower. the buds appear to be getting smaller and smaller on whole flower-when you can finally get a defective jar open- excluding primo which i have not purchased. generally speaking 3 stars but i will give 4 stars only because rarely do they have a strain i want in stock AND the managers try their best to make you happy. generally not over dry flower except papaya cake for some reason, but a boveda pack fixes that quick. so a solid 4 stars for TL in general and this branch specifically.
