We are preparing a case action for the liable defamatory intention you have clearly demonstrated by your salacious remarks. Presently working with Google again for your most recent attack, they had agreed that what you did previously was irresponsible and goes against all the Google Policy's which as a Google Certified Partner you are aware of but are still willfully ignoring. Google removed all the images that this reviewer and his purported wife placed on our GMB account this past summer, afterwards we see you have now posted the unwarranted remarks. As a Google Certified Partner you are aware of the guidelines, you were never a client, you were a Virtual office Agreement that was breached and as such it was determined after several months of a rather lengthy investigation our Bank undertook, utilizing their own criteria for fraudulent activity, provided their final determination in a letter and distributed back to our Firm a full refund, additionally, including but not limited to a Complaint filed with the Department of Agriculture, this Complaint detailed what you and your purported wife previously did as aforementioned above on our Google My Business Account, this activity was painstakingly detailed and was reviewed by The Florida Department of Agriculture and they have sent it to the FTC (with the FLDA recommendations) to have the original matter of your spam postings of all your office images and your clients logos and business identity's uploaded onto our Google My Business account for a period of apx 7 months until Google Removed it.
