        The ATMs at this branch areALWAYS OUT!!! Very frustrating because at least twice a week you have no access to your money, so you have to drive to another branch. Total waste of time this has been going on for MONTHS with all the money Chase makes you would think they would have replaced the ATM by now If you are looking for a bank, try another institution Chase is not what it used to be after over 20 yeas of being a customer I'm extremely disappointed.

        I have banked with Chase for a couple of years and always thought highly of them.Until yesterday when the teller lied straight to my face about a deposit date. After I get this bank deposit settled I doubt very much I'll bank with Chase anymore.

        Matt was friendly and thorough in helping me and my daughter set up new accounts and explaining all our options. All other staff in the branch we spoke with were also friendly and helpful. We wouldn't hesitate to bank at this branch in the future.
