        Carrie is very rude and disrespectful I called the bank to ask a question and I was hung up not only did she answer the phone with an attitude but hung up before I could even ask very unprofessional and gross wont be using this location any more.

        This bank has no dispute department, they want you to call them or visit the bank if you have a problem and if you try that it doesn't work.... Citi and Wells Fargo both know how to handle disputes on-line. As soon as I straighten out mess that they have made they can have the credit card back. Avoid.
