The Atlantic Palms at Tradition

I thought a lot to do this. but maybe they will take it into account, my family and I have been living here for more than a year, I want to tell you, that our first year was wonderful, the place is quite quiet and they enforce the rules and that is very important, but recently it started a new administration. and there are people who really shouldn't work with the public if they will always have a bad face or won't know how to solve a problem, just today for some reason my keys stopped working, I want to explain to them that the keys are magnetic, I went to the office and they couldn't resolve the situation, they gave me a number to call, a voice message was left, it's been more than 1 hour and a half, my husband called again and someone from maintenance will come in 30 or 40 minutes, it would be 2 o'clock, today I missed my son's soccer game, because I couldn't leave my house open, and they took all their time as if one's time wasn't important, honestly the people who were there 1 year ago when we moved in did know do their job, and they always greeted you with a smile and kindness, not with a face that you don't want to work, !

I cannot be more pleased with everything about my decision to stay here. I signed on a longer stay (15 mos lease) and thoroughly Im totally in love with this place and all of the people in it. I have an absolutely gorgeous apartment, all tile floors, beautiful kitchen and huge space for bathrooms and closets. My patio looks directly over a very nice mini lake with a beautiful fountain lit in the evenings and the clubhouse, ughhhhh is a 12 outta 10 on the rector scale. Absolutely adore displays and all of the management as well as the maintenance folks are fantastic. Special mention to Emma and Henderson who have assisted me from the start to my move-in and the kinda lady that works with Emma, well, theyre both the bomm. Thank you everyone for what youve done to see me thru the move, as I was stressed, but you saw or helped me through it. I love the place I chose, and the Tradition area is smack in the middle of what I need within proximity. To the general public, I will say, its luxury living at a luxury price, but you get what you pay for in this world, and I believe that so far, its what Ive always wanted in a rental. I will continue to do more reviews as I stay here and have better and better experiences. I do have an apartment with a storage room and two garages. A++++ community, management and a very good value.

This place is a joke. Always loud, trash everywhere, staff is so unprofessional.

They never call back. They will raise your rent right when your lease is up. Good luck if you decide to stay here
