This place is terrible, people never follow up on applications and they charge for that, we filed a complaint with the manager and the regulatory company and I received a call where they say if I remove the reviews on Google they will refund the application fees.

Do not attempt to rent here! They took my deposit money and I waited two weeks for a answer regarding my application. I more than qualified to live here. I toured their model apartment after paying my deposit because I lived out of state and was relocating. The model apartment was a stinky dump. They closed off the balcony and called it the den. Stay away. Lazy staff, incompetent and thieves. Do not attempt to rent here! They took my deposit money and I waited two weeks for a answer regarding my application.
