        THERE'S A BIG SCAM GOING ON AT THAT SPECIFIC LOCATION, THEY'RE USING CUSTOMERS IDENTITY TO OBTAIN FRAUDULENT CONTRACTS ON THINGS LIKE MILEAGE,GAS AND THE TIME YOU BROUGHT BACK THE EQUIPMENT. ITS REALLY BAD... I WAS ABLE TO GET CORPORATE HQ TO SEND ME A CONTRACT THEY MADE OUT ON MY NAME SAYING THEY HAD TO SWITCH OUT MY EQUIPMENT WHICH NEVER OCCURRED,AND I REALIZED THE TRUCK WAS HALF FULL INSTEAD FULLY FULL AS THE LADY AT THE OFFICE WROTE ON THE CONTRACT. IM FEELING ANGRY, BETRAYED AND I WANT TO BLOW THE WHISTLE I NEED MY REFUND ASAP! THIS IS RIDICULOUS IN 2024! @UHAUL #UHAUL

        Everything was better than expected from the service to the delivery of the truck, the truck was super clean and in perfect condition for use.

        When we picked up our truck, the representative was very helpful. We asked her the additional day charge. She told us $20 and of course we believed her but then when we return the truck they charge $40 a day so either shes not informed or shes a liar and I guess it what it means you have to review your contract even though they tell you one thing and then Bilyeu another I dont recommend this company.
