Another goodwill that is just a bad experience. They are trying to sell cheap knock off products as brand new and the prices on things are just insane. The workers are also a bit rude with a few of them talking to each other at maximum volume across aisles and being loud and obnoxious with customers.

Oh my goodness, around 12 am a manager at this store openly in the present of customers was screaming at 2 employees, this blatant misconduct undermines proper conduct in any work atmosphere, I feel terrible for the two employees had to leave the premises

This store was really nice and organized but I was BAFFLED at the outrageous prices in this non-profit organization. No matter how nice and prepped the store is goodwill organizations are made to service low income families providing DONATED goods. I found a tennis racket marked for 15.99 EACH which the same racket can be purchase in Walmart brand new for $14. Toys that where severely used were as low as $5. I apologize for my disappointment but I have shopped and donated items at goodwill since I was younger and prices were never this ridiculous. Especially not for children equipment. Severely used clothes used to go for 1.99 never double the price. Unfortunately, I didnt take photos but every single time I go to this location without a doubt their prices never fail to be outrageous. It is a bit shameful to mark donated items so high when they target low income families. If you are looking to shop for cheaper donated goods try shopping other goodwill location such as the location on challenger Blvd or McGregor Blvd that actually price fairly for items while still making a profit. No disrespect to the staff as they seem kind and hard working but all disrespect to the greed practiced in this location.

Awful experience. We went to make a large donation and the lady (who apparently was up "helping" from the Naples store or something like that) acted like we were an inconvenience because it was raining. I think they forgot we live in south Florida. Also, they said they were closed due to the rain??? But hours clearly state they open at 9. We arrived at 9:20. For my wife and I going out of our way to make a donation, we felt exceptionally unwanted. We will definitely donate our belongings to other organizations after this disgraceful experience.
