        I am an accountant with a home-based office. When I sold my home last November, I called Shred it to shred years of my client's sensitive documents. They were very professional and the whole process was secure, easy and affordable! I will use them again.

        My place of business signed up for their shredding pickup service. We have had 1 pickup and are supposed to be getting service twice a month. The last service date was 9/24/2021 and today is 11/16/2021. I have called customer service several times and was on hold each time anywhere from 30-60 minutes. I have asked for a manager to contact me and no one has called. As I type this now I have been on hold once again for 20 minutes after being disconnected the first time.
