Dylan and his helper came out to work a full day correcting all the weird plumbing issues the owners before me had in place. Dylan is extremely thorough, looking at the big picture and providing solutions that are best for the whole building (we own in a multi family condo building). All the plumbing work was extremely precise and I feel good about the work quality and how I was treated. Very grateful to have them and looking forward to using them in the future for the bathroom remodel we talked about.

On 12/1, Indigo Plumbing fraudulently charged $1,513.79 on my credit card. They have done absolutely no work for me on any of my property (I am not a customer). I contacted Indigo Plumbing on 12/4 via e-mail and phone to attempt to resolve this issue, but as of 12/8, they have not called me back to attempt to resolve this issue, nor have they reversed this fraudulent transaction. I can only believe they are involved in this fraudulent activity. I am taking steps with my bank to scrape this back, and next stop is BBB.
