        Had them come and re-plumb the house. The price was more than fair. The job was harder than they thought and they never once got frustrated and started cutting corners. They worked very hard the whole time and explained everything perfectly. Highly recommend! Thanks again!

        Called & scheduled an appointment for a free estimate. Got a call the morning of the service to confirm the window. I confirmed & was told that the technician would give me a call 10 minutes before arriving. They never showed up. Wasted half a day waiting & never even got a heads up that no one was coming. Guess they must be so busy they dont want a new customer. Poor customer service, especially when there are many competitors who would love to have my business. Oh well.
