        I had extremely important lab work that was ordered STAT and the next day did not have results. When I called the location, I could not reach anyone, left a message, no call back ever. When I FINALLY found a customer service number, I was informed that my lab results would be a few days to result as it has to be shipped out. No one told me this or I would have gone elsewhere! This result literally could mean life or death. Not having this lab result could mean the difference between keeping or losing a pregnancy I've worked 3 years to achieve. I am extremely disappointed no one told me that I would not get STAT results!

        I go there for all my labs because its close to my home and everyone I worked with have been top notch and friendly. Whatever tests your doctor needs it can probably be done there.
