The owner of this facility is absolutely amazing. Walkin's are welcome. Thank you for taking the time to take care of our employees and to ensure we have a drug free work place! The results were fast, and testing done quickly. The cost was an added benefit. Merry Christmas!

Since I have time while I sit in here with an appointment at 3 pm, and it's now 420. I actually got here 15 minutes early. This place is a train wreck. I should have known better to come back here for a 2nd time. Appointments are not honored here. Their excuse is they are "double booked" if I could give it negative stars, I would. STAY AWAY from this place.
So since you CANT reply to when the owner responds to your review, ill edit it. Ok so if you aren't able to control the appointments for government issued identification, proper business etiquette would be to explain that to the caller INSTEAD of issuing him an APPOINTMENT time. So when the customer is sitting there for 45 minutes, and the receptionist says it's only another 10 or 15, and your there for another hour, there's something wrong.

Our office is a walk-in clinic for the majority of our services. The only thing that needs an appointment is DOT Physicals and TSA/TWIC. For the TSA, we are not in charge of the appointments, it is all done through Homeland Security. If the TSA/TWIC system double books their appointments, unfortunately, there is nothing that this office can do about it. However, the Phone number for this is 866-289-9673. Feel free to call the DHS
