Absolutely terrible service to a paying customer. I was referred to Johnson through a engine supplier to install a new motor in one of my fleet trucks. We bought a new engine that we were told it would come with a 2 year warranty and since then the truck has not been right. When I call to speak with Kevin the shop foreman he states that until the ending fails there is nothing the warranty company will do. I have since requested information from Johnson in reference to the warranty and have no paperwork in regards to the warranty. As a business owner I would hate to know that I have a customer unhappy.
