Sunrise Remodeling

I just went to see them with questions about my estimate for the upcoming work in my bathroom. So far they are wonderful, Jan and the office was very accommodating and helpful.

We booked an estimate appointment a month in advance and the technician didnt show up today. When I called the office I was told he called to confirm several times. I had one missed call from a personal cell phone, no voicemail was left. We both took a day off from work to be home for this appointment and for the tech to just not show up or leave a message that he needed to confirm the appointment before arriving is very unprofessional and I wont be doing business with this company. I had Sunrise remodel our guest bath. Their workmanship is very good and the bath turned out fine. The problem is the shower door that was installed will not stay closed. It was the last item in the shower to be completed. The installer adjusted the door several times but every time its closed it rolls open again. It has been over three weeks and I have made numerous phone calls and the answer is the same , someone will call you, we are coming to fix it, etc..... I HAVE A $6000 SHOWER THAT I CANNOT USE !!!! Last conversation, we will be there Saturday. Saturday came no one showed no phone call. All of their good work is useless if you cant use the finished product. they have all of my money and at this point dont seem to care. I cannot in good conscience recommend them to any one.
