Good materials and decent workmanship. But you absolutely need to supervise the work being done on a regular basis. The particular superintendent assigned to our home consistently missed items that we had to bring to his attention. When we moved into the home we found the home to be missing several items from the specs as well as change orders, and we are now having to chase the builder down to provide the items. Items that we caught missing throughout and after the build included: cypress beams, cabinetry, under-cabinet roll outs, electronic lock, pool auto-fill, railings for two sets of pool cage stairs, dimmers for lights, a switched attic light and an outdoor kitchen pre-wire. Some items have been provided, others have not been. Additionally, their engineering was a little sloppy. Our executed specs called for a 10 diameter vent rough in but the way the house was designed they had to install it much further than the standard distance from the framed wall. Additionally they installed it right over the TV co-ax connector. Consistent pattern of sloppiness and miscommunication between the builder and their subs was exhausting to have to constantly rectify. Our experience included a good deal of carelessness and lack of accountability that we tried to be gracious about and patient with. Nearly two months after move in we are still waiting on the superintendent to clean up grout and paint smears and provide a simple piece of weather stripping. Additionally, the builder has refused to make good on the materials we paid for that are still outstanding. You can see photos here of how goofy some things turned out. Just plain silly looking. In closing, Id say that they provide a good product at a fair price but it doesnt come without having to be constantly watching what theyre doing (or not doing). Service: Home building

My husband and I were searching for a builder to build our dream home in Naples for our family. From the moment we met with Daniel Wayne Homes we knew they were the builder for us. We met with several builders but none of the others compared to the quality and craftsmanship that we saw in DWH, no one was as thorough & up front as Dan was with us, and none of the others cared as much about our special details as DWH did. During our building process everyone in the company was so friendly and always helpful - from meetings with Jason at Horsecreeks model home, to working with Lisa in the office, and of course working side by side with Ron and Dan during our build. There are not enough words to express how grateful we are to have our dream home built to such high standards and quality. We look forward to all of the years to come in our new home.

Great experience from the beginning of the design of the home to the end when we got the keys. Lovely community - very peaceful and lots of space to enjoy nature and wildlife.

DWH built our home in Horse Creek in 2006. We love the community. Their homes are built with premium materials such as metal and tile roofs, hardi-plank and interior and exterior trim expected in the finest homes in Florida.
