        brought in my platinum, engraved rings. Asked to have them sized up, as they were too tight. Instead of cutting them and adding a piece, they were heated and stretched. A few weeks ago the rings began to separate and eventually the band in the middle broke off. Took to another jeweler who just told me that all the rings have to be re-made as they are damaged beyond repair due to the excessive amount of heat used. BE cautious who you use, this person ruined my rings!!!!

        Purchased ring from this merchant. Ring was defective; stone repeatedly fell out. Merchant insisted I was damaging ring by wearing it. Do not trust this merchant.
