There's a reason why Loren Jewelers are rated so highly! Not only do they create unbelievably elegant jewelry, but they are kind, understanding, giving, knowledgeable and downright awesome for customer service! I brought a ring in to be fixed, not having any idea what the charge would be. I was shocked when (I think it was) Mark quoted me such a reasonable price! He also repaired it while I waited. There are so many businesses these days that want to take advantage of people, it's such a pleasure to deal with someone who is honest and efficient! Go there! You won't be disappointed!

Too pricey. Took an earring in and was charged 30.00 solder fee after paying 25.00 for a watch battery. They also wanted to charge me to repair a bracelet that they made. It wasnt till I complained that they had designed and made the bracelet that they removed that charge

Excellent service! I needed my engagement ring and wedding band resized in a rush as I was getting married in less than a week; they got it done same day and for a reasonable price. Highly recommend!
