        Called service number after hours (10 pm) - website said they were open until 1 am. Customer service agent answering was clearly working from home. Heard yelling, laughing in background. Unprofessional on so many levels. Couldn't answer my questions. Not worth the hassle.

        Absolute worst company to do business with. Had my numbers ported to another provider who had authority to do business on my behalf. They continued to bill me even tho they did not have my number or provided me any service. Called and disputed it several times. Their response was that my authorized person could NOT discontinue service and I had to do it personally. DO NOT TAKE YOUR BUSINESS HERE!!
