Started having problems with extremely low internet speeds, numerous calls to support couldnt resolve issue, new router didnt work, waited 7 days for a tech appointment, waited all day and no one showed up.

Worst company I have ever dealt with. Their customer service is terrible and their computer system is always down so they can tell you nothing. I had two appointments scheduled for someone to come out and fix my Internet and no one ever showed up either time. I called to find out where the technician was and no one can tell me anything. My Internet never works and I continue to pay every single month and CenturyLink could care less. Cancel my service and going right back to Xfinity.

Literally the worst company we have ever dealt with. Would like to give no stars. Internet went out a week ago when bill was due. Bill was paid and taken out of my account with confirmation numbers. Spent a total of over 14 hours on the phone and 11 chats in 5 days and transferred from person to person, department to department with hour long holds at a time, and no one seems to know at all what they are doing. Asked for a supervisor many times, was told we would get one and never did. Still no internet and they have our money.. 100% worthless company and 100% fraudulent.
