        I have been attending group workout classes for around a month now. prior to finding this gym I would be on my own in big franchise gyms wasting my time, money, or not being consistent. Not only do I feel motivated to come to 6AM classes but I feel pushed to learn and improve each class. Also, you are supporting a small, local business that is family (woman) owned! How much better can it get? Highly recommend this gym to any women in the SWFL area who want to commit to a healthier version of their self!!
