I love the concept of this gym because all I have to do is show up! The hardest and easiest part! The workouts are always different so it never gets boring and the same muscle groups are getting challenged in different ways producing visible results!! Everything can be modified so that the beginner and the gym rat can do the same workout! The trainers, Tim and Tracy, are great! The camaraderie and accountability with the others in the group classes are an added bonusyoure not going to the gym alone and trying to figure out what to do. Just show up and in 30 minutes you will have completed a great workout and youll be stronger than yesterday!!

My husband goes to this gym in a regular basis, info to another one but hes loving it. He asked me to go with him to a Yoga class since I love doing yoga and this is the only place at which, he actually wants to do yoga. He loves the clases here and I can see why, the teacher is pretty good, very nice energy and the clases mix Pilates and Yoga which I found very interesting. Im buying a package so I can keep coming to the yoga classes here, which are also the most affordable yoga classes ever! Ive being at several Yoga studios but this one is pretty good compared to other ones and for the price will definitely stick around here!
