        slow service, long waits, they don't serve well and I thought the food was strangely bad, even though it's a franchise restaurant that I like in other places. Even though I live nearby, I end up ordering from another region of North FM

        We stopped in for a quick lunch on a long drive. The food was fine, service quite slow. But the cleanliness of the restaurant and restrooms was unacceptable. My children couldnt use the bathroom because someone had pooped in the urinals! In the womens bathroom the bins were over flowing. When we left the restaurant, my backpack which had been on the floor under our table, stank of something disgusting, which then ended up on my clothes. I had to go back into the bathroom to try and clean myself, which wasnt easy in somewhere so disgusting. We would be reluctant to eat at a Taco Bell again, especially as staff are clearly using those bathrooms and then preparing the food. Truly revolting.
