Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

The food is usually good here for a quick bite, but the service, if not at lunch, leaves much to be desired. I was just there, and the manager, who wasn't the window, was not only on the phone but didn't bother to acknowledge me. She simply put her hand out the window, and I had to ask for a total while she continued the conversation on the phone. I was using my.ohine to pay, and she took it from me while still on the phone, returned it, and walked away. I actually had to ask to get my order from a different person, who was indeed trying to do 2 jobs simultaneously. I manage several reataurants and had shenworked for me that would have been a serious issue. I hope she learns to do better

Always a good place to get some good chicken fingers. Had a coupon for 4 free shrimp. They were delicious. I will be ordering them the next time Im there.
