Walgreens

Been at this pharmacy for probably 6-8 years. The past 1-2 years have been absolutely horrid. Its to the point where I dont know if they could actually do anything to be worse. Just waited in line for 32 minutes with only two people in front of me.

Pharmacy is surprisingly incapable. I've called and visited 5 times over the course of a week asking for a prescription to be transferred, every single time they tell me nothing has been done.

The wait time for prescriptions at this store is ridiculous. Every time I go, there is only one person at the counter, handling the counter and the drive thru simultaneously. Today I picked up my wife's prescription and the price was double the co-pay because it was filled wrong. There was suppose to be 2700 ML and they put 2880 (6oz too much) rather than just letting it go and getting it right next time they chose to make me wait 20 minutes while they removed the 6 oz. When I got the medicine back I mentioned that it appeared to be a bottle short. They assured me it was correct. I reiterated my concern and was told it was absolutely correct. After stepping away I calculated the amount I was given and it was 473 ml short (1bottle). I went back to the counter and after an initial insistence that it was correct, they admitted it was incorrect (because I made them calculate it). They corrected it without even the hint of an apology but looking a bit confused as to why I was getting upset. This medicine prevents hepatic encephalopathy (mental confusion and disorientation) and my wife would have run out almost a week early with the insurance forbidding an early refill. Very sloppy work guys... get it together!!! 10 months later and things are worse. Pharmacy is closed often because "we don't have a pharmacist today," I am told. I finally decided to go back to Publix, but when Publix called Walgreens, they were told that my prescriptions were sent to CVS. I haven't gotten anything from CVS in 20 years and up north. I called CVS, and they said they requested nothing and received nothing from Walgreens. I went back to Walgreens and they said they don't know what happened but my prescriptions are gone and I should just call my doctor. Glad I'm gone. What a train wreck!

The pharmacy is shockingly inept and the pharmacy staff is very rude.

This Walgreens Pharmacy is the worst one Ive ever worked with! They dont check their voicemails often or at all unless you call for your prescription and they dont have it anything for you and you ask them then to check their voicemails because thats where the prescription is waiting! And, they dont really seem to care at all. Their hours are just all over the place not consistent whatsoever, they tell you they close at certain time and you get there and pharmacy is temporary closed.
