I was blessed by this agency as a referral from Lee County Human Services. Alexis is a sweet young lady that works there and believes in helping others! I appreciate the staff here and the hard work that they did to help bless the community and the families that are in need. God Bless Lee County Human Service staff for referring my family. It was a process I was denied at first, I did an appeal and was referred to Lee County Housing Development for the SHIP grant . Persevere and Prayer!

received a email from one of the people from lee county housing Dev and said I ineligible due to not proving requested documentation timely. Wow because I don't remember what paper work they talking about and if I did sent paper work that should of been in Nova 2021 and now I'm just getting a email 03/25/22 for help and when I did call for help I got the run around; call this number they would help and one told me you can look for apts on zillow and other rental web sites. Wow just sad when ppls really need help this what these ppls say to you or they just don't answers the phones or say fill it out online and the forms wasn't going through on line.

This place is horrible i dont suggest for any one to ask to emergency rental they tell u that it will take up to 45 days and all a scam according to my landlord he told me he knew thats the way they opperate there.he told me hes been dealing with these people for years.I would say if your looking for rental assistance please go some where else dont fall it
