My attorney Robert Bowen did get my 3 felony charges dropped but it took 7 long months 3k in bond and I wasn't employable during this time. My attorney had no desire to take my case to trial, I was constantly told the State was offering a generous offer of 3 years in prison. But I didn't give up and eventually today I got the news that the state dropped all charges. Hallelujah! He wasn't so bad in the end when he joined my team. Job done well. 5 stars

If you dont like working dont have a job. Go be miserable somewhere else. A lady I spoke to today on 8/4/23 at 4:21 pm told me to contact Lee clerk of courts and I didnt need to be calling them and hung up in my face. When I called back to get her name she completely blocked my number. Whoever that was needs to be FIRED immediately. Supposed to be professionals and acting like middle school drama queens because youre behind a desk at a public defender office and think youre above everyone else. Youre getting nowhere in life with that attitude. Hire new staff before I file a complaint with the state.

The publc defender doesnt answer the phone if you call from your cell phone but will answer if you use the jail phone. If you do get a public defender and first offense ask for PTI or Deferment program. Remember the first 60 days of PTI you cant travel. If you do travel before 60 days you could violate probation. Guess what not all calls are private in the jail and its recorded. Just be careful its a set up! Also dont forget to ask for it to be expunged. I posted this on Feb 14,2023. If you encounter any problem skip your major and go straight to Governor Ron DeSantis. Dont forget to send the governor your love and support when your public defender fails the American people by writing him and telling him your story.
