IMEX Stone

Please avoid Imex for your kitchen countertops if you care about seams. Even we had double confirmed with them that our countertop has only one seam in their shop before they made the cut but they still installed our countertop with two seams without notifying us at all. They said they make the ultimate decision on if there will be more than one seams. So whatever they promised doesnt count. Be aware!!! Avoid Imex and avoid Home Depot.

We are really pleased with the entire process. The office answered all of our questions, we were able to view the actual slaps prior to any work, and the entire process was really fast. A special call out to the installers, Antonio and Diago, who did an absolutely amazing job. They were very meticulous in the installation and we could not be happier.

Fantastic Customer Service and Excellent Quality Countertops Delivered Ahead Of Schedule. The sales lady Jarlyn was really great to work with, she effectively communicated with us at every stage of the process from picking the stone to measuring and installation. The installation guys were also excellent and the finished product was beautiful.

Worst company that I ever dealt with as far as counter tops. Home Depot uses them to do the installations of the counter tops they sell. Bad experience all around. This was the first time I ever use Home Depot to do counter tops and I will never go to Home Depot or IMEX for counter tops. The guy who came out to measure the cabinets for the counter top was all negative as soon as he pulled in my driveway. At that point I could tell it wasn't going to be a good experience. Just a bad attitude not a good way to treat a customer and Home Depot sticks up for this behavior. If I were you I would go to Lowes. I've use Lowes many times and was never treated with such disrespect in my own house. Just be warned.

An amazing experience from the beginning till the end. The initial template appointment took around a week to happen. Pedro, the "template" guy was very professional; and answered our endless question patiently and thoroughly. Then, we went to their office in Fort Myers to see the stone. An amazing group of people. They explained the entire process to us, and scheduled the appointment within a week. After installing countertops, we went through similar experience with backsplash. Our kitchen looks amazing. The crew was always on time. At the end they RETURNED the difference between an initial estimate and completed work. On the negative side...NOTHING. I highly recommend IMEX stone to everyone. Transparent, honest and professional team, both, on site employees, and the office team. Thank you!
