Even though I ended up purchasing elsewhere, it was ONLY because I found a remnant that worked well at a better price than buying new. I was TOTALLY impressed by the excellent customer service at Pacific (specifically Rebeca and Fabio) and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great selection, personalized attention and quick turnaround.

As a contractor, I have never seen a cleaner shop then the one at pacific, that tells you alot about how they work, i have been there early in the morning on several times and there crew is moping the floor, thays just crazy! there crew is very friendly, and helpful, we use them for all are counter top services, but they also do custom shower benches, sills, backsplashes, and BBQ areas, I have recommend them to several of my friends and fellow contractors, by far the best counter shop in town, 5 !!!!

The workmanship and installation was superb! I got a quartz countertop for our bathroom. They were very helpful in selecting a remnant and deciding where the stone should be cut to accommodate the sink and integral design in the stone. Everyone was so professional and kind. All work completed in 7 days. Highly recommend and will be back for more countertops. Discount given for not using credit card, too.

The team at Pacific counter tops are the best. I had to redo my kitchen due to faulty dishwasher and was most uncomfortable. I reached out to Pacific I was able to get a quote almost same day I selected my stone on Friday. A representative was able to pickup a deposit from me at my job and my countertop was installed the following Wednesday. They were very supportive, professional, accommodating and extremely helpful. They understood how uncomfortable I was without my kitchen and they made me a priority. They're definitely the company for all your countertop needs. I keep raving about the great service I received to anyone who will listen. Special thanks to Fabio, Ingrid and Rebecca they are awesome also the installer I don't know his name but very neat and meticulous in his process.
