        I walked into a room full of frustrated customers due to no cars. I finally get a car just for it to be on empty with the light on. It also had no rear wiper blade along side flashing it needed and oil and filter change. Drop the car off with no sort of how can we compensate you and then to see an addition $33 charged on top of the agreement

        Made reservations and paid just to be called back and told no car available. Finally found a car and started my vacation only to be bothered by phone calls. The Rental agent gave my phone number to the previous renters because they lost their license! Unacceptable! In what profession is this acceptable?
