        Appalling unprofessional, looking for all kind of excuses, just do not change the battery which I bought it a year ago spending decent amount of $213 , besides that telling me with very bad attitude ,oh!!!! I didn't buy it from their store, showing them the bank statement .. they recognize the battery Gold Series was bought from their store, I show to them the bank statement!!!!which easy you can see , the time, the day, the price , the last four digits for my debit card ..., and still they don't exchanged.. because I forgot where I put the receipt.... this is beyond appalling bad service Not people person
