        I just spent $400 on a spare key (fob). It took nearly a month and more time than you can imagine to get the part and an hour and a half appointment but I finally have a spare. Not even a key ring to go with it. They apparently don't prioritize the "customer experience". Someone needs to look at quality improvement processes.
