Do not buy a extended warranty through this dealer. I've had 3 transmission issues before ext warranty was up same issue every time. The dealer has yet to return a call on the matter and the company that they use for the warranty does not answer no matter what. I'm trying to do the right thing before seeking a lawyer for breach of contract/ lemon law. In addition I've had to bring my car in on 4 separate occasions for poorly installed valve stems on a tire. I've had been put on hold/transfered where someone picks up then either quickly re transfers or just hangs up. I will say the receptionist seems to be doing her best with what she had to work with. I'd stay away at this point. Will update if situation changes.

If I could I wouldn't rate a single Star, I have nothing against Sam Galloway Ford but I don't know what kind of mechanics you have, I took my car in 5 days ago after a three month wait since the appointments are very long because my Ford had CheckEngine marked, the repair was almost $6800 for everything they did to it where supposedly it would be ready in a week and to my surprise it was ready in three days, after 4 days my Ford almost left me on the street since its The failure was worse than when I took it, it was marked again in CheckEngine, it jumped a lot and the next day I returned it to the Ford where they changed other parts again, end of story, when I picked it up the same day I didn't even manage to a mile that I had to turn back once again with the CheckEngine marking me and jumping me. I am super disappointed, very upset, because I pay a lot for a service that they do not give as security for a good job, be very careful because it is not known if your problems are truly solved.
