I came here with my iconic 1999 mazda mx5 miata for an oil change which took over 5 hours!! Unacceptable! And it's way overpriced. They over torqued my oil drain plug so much that they broke my plug seal. This is truly disgusting for a simple oil change.

Shawn and the service team did an exceptional job in successfully resolving two persistent (2+ year) problems we had with our classic 28k mile MB 2005 SLK350. Problems, I might add we had taken to three other area garages over that timeframe and at significant out of pocket expense without resolution or satisfaction, until coming to Bavaria.
Securing parts for 20yo vehicle is daunting, but Bavaria was persistent and fixed our passenger door actuator and locking mechanism like new. Problem # 1: Solved.
Problem #2. Now anyone who has ever owned a MB can attest, one of the most problematic repair concerns is electrical. In our case, the first garage we saw 2 years ago in swapping out a light apparently shorted the harness.
Yah-dah, yah-dah, yah-dah, and 2 more garages later and another $2,000 or so the taillight electrical problem had expanded. Bavaria and the team realized specialized make & model electrical expertise could only address this problem and referred us to a shop in Plantation, where the work was done promptly and to our satisfaction. We appreciate Bavarias professionalism and courtesy extended in this referral as its allowing us to enjoy our old girl in all her glory once again, thank you.
