I wouldn't go back. I went for oil change. Before service I was told thered b $15 disposal fee + tax. After oil change 30 was requested for taxes. NO 30 isn't for taxes Smdh. Shady?

Lance was exceptional, helpful, professional and serviced my vehicle right away! This has been my best experience with vehicle maintenance ever thanks to Lance's positive attitude, attentiveness and customer service.

Lance greeted me right away. Then Grayson and Andrew started the oil serve right way. Grayson advised me of a coolant flush. I didnt need to do it now but for sure by the next service and quoted me a price. Everyone was respectful and polite Thank everyone

Prices are up the roof! I mean, ridiculous! I'll be going to another location next time, probably something more" mom and pops shop". The service is not the same anymore. No more "come into the lobby and wait for us here, there is some coffee if you want some". No more vacuuming of the carpets. Have to ask to do my windshield. And no more red carpet to get back in (although I don't really care about it, I thought it was a neat thing to differentiate them from the rest). This is definitely another company, not my originally preferred Jiffy Lube! Service: Oil change
