        Poor service! Disappointed with Cristian, the could not care less manager, and his crew. Showed up with a nail in the tire, was told 30 mins to 1 hr max to fix it, returned 90 mins later to find the car was not even started. Gently asked what was going on, told it was going to be the next one on, returned 20 mins later to see other cars had been taken on and mine was still where I left it. Asked the keys back and Cristian could not care less (borderline pleased to see a disappointed customer leaving!). A simple apology would have been enough for me (and I would have not written this review!) Arm yourself with patience if you want to use this shop. UPDATE. Store Manager promptly reached out to apologize and make it right. I could not answer (traveling) but happy to give them 4 star for the effort.
